Refund policy

We are so sorry your order didn't work out!  We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Before sending back a return, make sure your return is within the guidelines.  

Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return.  Once your return is complete we will email you a confirmation that store credit has been issued.  Items purchased with store credit cannot be returned.   All returns will receive store credit as we do not offer refunds.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of stains (for example, makeup, deodorant, etc.)  Must be free of fragrances and be in brand new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Items that are not in brand new condition or without tags will not be accepted.

Please include your name and order number along with the item/s being returned.  If this information is missing we will not be able to process your return.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at keepinmindcontact@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  


Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased with discount codes of 20% or higher.


Exchanges
Because our garments are made from deadstock, limited edition fabric and/or custom blends, we can not offer exchanges because the item may be out of stock already.  Please place an order for the correct size immediately to ensure the piece you love will still be in stock. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not for damaged items.  All other return items will be issued a store credit.  

Missing Packages

K.I.M Keep in Mind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once your tracking notification has been sent and the package has been picked up from our warehouse, all issues with shipping fall on the carrier.  If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS to resolve the problem, or visit this web address for more ways to fix this issue: https//www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
